1.2. We contact you back using your personal E-mail address (the one provided) for your personal interests (either sending you newsletters, notifications from the Dating Agency or urgent contacts;

1.3. Dating agency never displays Customer’s personal details to other non-disclosed members, Agency’s staff or third parties;

1.4. Customer and Dating Agency guarantees that all information (in personal correspondence between the Customer and staff members, Customer and Ukrainian members within the Agency) is confidential. If any of the above stated is published in open resources on Internet or press, The UkrGay.com Gay Dating Agency should consider that as a hard violation of Agency’s rules. In this case Customer’s details will be removed and suspended;

1.5. Information of the Customers no longer in need of the Agency’s services will be removed permanently within the 12 months time. If the Customer’s membership with the Agency has been renewed before the stated period, the user’s membership will automatically be accepted and anyone having direct and personal concern about it will immediately be notified.
